1. Who we are

LATOMIES ("we", "us") operates the hotel at Marlas–Panormos Road, Pyrgos, Tinos, Greece, and the website latomies.gr. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. For any privacy matter, contact us at stay@latomies.gr or +30 99999 99999.

2. What data we collect

Reservation data: name, email, phone, stay dates, party size, preferences and any notes you send us. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

Newsletter data: your email address and language preference.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we process it

To manage and confirm your reservation (performance of a contract), to reply to enquiries (legitimate interest), to send our newsletter if you subscribed (consent, withdrawable at any time), and to comply with Greek tax and hospitality regulations (legal obligation).

4. How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires (currently five years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for twelve months.

5. Who we share it with

Only with processors necessary to run the hotel: our booking and payment providers, our email provider, and public authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to stay@latomies.gr — we reply within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

7. Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
