1. The agreement
These terms govern reservations and stays at LATOMIES, Marlas–Panormos Road, Pyrgos, Tinos, Greece. By confirming a reservation you accept them. Greek law applies; the courts of Syros have jurisdiction.
2. Reservations & payment
A reservation is confirmed when we send written confirmation and receive the deposit stated in your offer (typically 30% of the total). The balance is payable at check-out unless your rate states otherwise. Prices include VAT; the statutory climate resilience fee is charged per night at check-out.
3. Cancellation
Flexible rates: free cancellation until 7 days before arrival; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first two nights. Early Quarry Rates: free cancellation until 21 days before arrival. The Sculptor’s Villa and event bookings carry bespoke terms confirmed in writing.
4. Check-in, check-out & house rules
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00 (14:00 for direct bookings, subject to availability). Guests must be 12 or older except in the Villa. Pets are not accepted. Smoking is permitted only in open-air areas. Quiet hours on the terraces: 23:00–08:00.
5. The quarry environment
LATOMIES is a carved industrial monument: uneven stone, stairs without rails and unfenced terrace edges are part of the site. Guests move around the quarry at their own responsibility and must supervise any accompanied minors in the Villa at all times.
6. Liability
We are liable for our facilities and services as Greek hospitality law provides. We are not liable for valuables not deposited in the in-suite safe, for events of force majeure, or for services provided by independent third parties (boat trips, workshops, transfers by external operators).
