A carved chamber, a private pool, the Aegean below.

The signature of LATOMIES: chambers carved for block storage, now holding a bedroom under six metres of solid stone and a private pool on the terrace lip, its water level meeting the horizon of the Aegean.

Cool in August without air-conditioning, warm in October like the rock itself. Three of the four chambers face due west; book early for the equinox weeks.
